What is Crop Image?
Cropping is a precision operation — pixels matter. Our cropper lets you drag a selection rectangle directly on the image, snap to common ratios (square, 4:3, 16:9, 9:16) for social media presets, or type exact x/y/width/height coordinates when you need pixel-perfect output. The full-resolution source is preserved at all times — the on-screen preview is just scaled to fit your viewport.
How to use Crop Image
- Upload your image — Drop a PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF.
- Set your crop area — Drag a new selection on the image, or grab the corner handles to resize.
- Pick a ratio (optional) — Click 1:1 for square, 16:9 for landscape, 9:16 for vertical stories — the selection auto-locks.
- Apply and download — Click Apply Crop, then Download.
Frequently Asked Questions
